Time to market

ANZ turned to Deloitte Digital to help develop a super-regional website on a new content management platform. Working closely with ANZ, we leveraged the expertise of the banks regional managers based in 29 countries across the region. By drilling-down to specific countries and industries, we were able to produce engaging, high-value customer information.

We had a seven week timeframe in which to design and deliver a new web platform that supported a modular content management structure. Included in this time period was the need to train internal ANZ staff members so that they could populate the site and manage the ongoing roll out of regional content.

Flexibility was key

We followed a rapid design approach to gain agreement from client stakeholders around the creative components and functionality to be supported on the site.

A modular approach was followed to enable flexibility for content authors to re-use content structures throughout the site. We designed for easy to consume content types such as video so that rich detailed information could be presented and understood in a timely fashion by site visitors.

Delivered to a short timeframe

We were able to deliver a brand new site, on a new technology platform for the bank, within a fixed 7 week timeframe, to a WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standard.

ANZ now has control over the ongoing management of their super regional site which will be used to supporting go to market activities across the Asia Pacific and broader global regions.
