ANZ turned to Deloitte Digital to help develop a super-regional website on a new content management platform. Working closely with ANZ, we leveraged the expertise of the banks regional managers based in 29 countries across the region. By drilling-down to specific countries and industries, we were able to produce engaging, high-value customer information.
We had a seven week timeframe in which to design and deliver a new web platform that supported a modular content management structure. Included in this time period was the need to train internal ANZ staff members so that they could populate the site and manage the ongoing roll out of regional content.
