The new Australia Post iPhone and iPad app (v2) is a major upgrade for Australia Post, bringing together the best of the tools and services that people rely on with significantly improved responsiveness, user experience and design.
Ground breaking navigation and elegant functions
Deloitte worked collaboratively with Australia Post to design and develop a showcase native iOS experience. Alongside the website design refresh, the look and feel of the app was designed to maintain the familiar brand aesthetic.
The app introduces features such as scanning parcels and bills, saving and naming multiple tracked items, saving bill and payment details, and converting currency to buy online. We also introduced the ability for Australia Post to remotely configure the app with marketing, offers and general information updates.

Upon launch app users provided an average rating of 5 stars on the App Store. The app was featured by Apple as New & Noteworthy, and quickly shot to the #1 free business app and into the top 50 free apps overall.
