Lithium – A community in the cloud
The project was divided into a number of streams – UX and creative design, technical implementation and community management. With stakeholders in multiple locations within Australia and other teams operating internationally, the key to the successful delivery was effective communication across each team.
We were able to work through the Lithium platform capabilities and configuration, as well as front-end integration techniques to apply a creative layer that was on-brand, and contained critical functional elements to drive community engagement.
At the same time we consulted Subject Matter Experts within Boost and Telstra to prepare an Information Architecture and critical content for launch as well as detailing an approach to managing and fostering the community into the future.
