Animated video content to the runways

We are thrilled to be the creators of the Festival launch animation. Inspired by the graphic prints of Mary Katrantzou, the opening animation will kick off the first runway show presented by David Jones. This year’s collaboration has also grown to include content creation of animated and video loops to form the backdrop of the runways during the fashion shows. Utilising three 5-metre tall LED screens, more than 20 unique video loops have been tailored to each specific designer and runway show. Working in conjunction with a live VJ, our video content has also been designed to be mixed live – adapting to the themes of the fashion designers and creating a unique energy throughout the shows.

Navigating the new world order

Deloitte’s Peter Williams will be speaking during the Industry Seminar series as part of the Festival. He will be addressing how the rapid changes in social media and technology impact the fashion and retail world. He will be speaking at the Marketing Breakfast on Friday 22 March at the Sofitel Grand Ballroom
