Forrester rated us in their 77 criteria evaluations of the top global commerce service providers as a leader in both B2B and B2C Global Commerce Services.
On the B2C side, Forrester’s report stated, “Deloitte Digital is often called upon by large B2C organizations to help transform their digital business strategies and processes and to modernize their commerce technology.” This is especially important as today’s eBusinesses are increasingly seeking organizations who have an understanding of their digital business and strategy needs. Forrester stated that today’s top global commerce service providers operate at the intersection of the following three distinct skill sets: Management Consulting Firms, Technology Service Firms, Interactive Digital Agencies.
On the B2B side, Deloitte Digital is among the firms representing the emerging definition of a world-class B2B global commerce service provider. Forrester’s report stated, that “Deloitte is a good match for firms that seek to transform their digital business strategy and process or modernize their commerce technology.” Deloitte differentiates in B2B through global presence and expertise in organizational transformation, enterprise fulfillment, omnichannel strategy, commerce process consulting and technology selection services.
