Flexible call planning

Pocketsales for Call Execution has been specifically designed for field sales and service teams. As a suite of apps, built on the Salesforce1 platform, the world's most popular CRM service, they enable intelligent call planning and offline working, plus access to realtime reporting.

We developed an app which allows call plans to be created by managers or reps. Calls can also be added on-the-go and filtered quickly by specific types. Another valuable feature is that the app factors in traffic so you always know you’re taking the quickest route.

Record call visits offline

We also built a separate app for fast, offline call execution. On loading the app, reps are greeted by a dashboard showing their accounts and calls. They can either start a planned call from there or add new call details – and each call step is fully customisable. Product distribution details are easily recorded such as sales volume, position and share of shelf.

All your accounts on the go

Tapping on an account name reveals insights into particular accounts, including any open tasks and notes. Account surveys can be created and assigned for completion and presentations can be stored shown to encourage sales.

And the app can ultimately turn interest into sales by taking orders there and then.

To complete the call notes can be added for future visits, and reports run on personal, team and product performance.
