Why did you join Deloitte Digital?

I joined Deloitte Digital out of college over 12 years ago. At the time, I was looking for an organization where I could learn, grow, and launch my career at the intersection of solving business problems and bringing advanced technologies to market. Deloitte Digital has allowed me that opportunity and much more.

What's your next goal and how is Deloitte Digital helping you to achieve it?

I aim to leave my clients and teams better than I found them. Deloitte Digital provides me with every opportunity to lead and shape the firm's future, invest in my teammates' professional development, and have a fulfilling career at the forefront of innovation and strategic problem-solving.  

What motivates you?

I am motivated by the mentorship model Deloitte Digital embodies. When I joined as an analyst, so many colleagues invested in showing me the ropes and helping me navigate the firm. As a senior manager, I am always trying to pay it forward. Having the opportunity to impact the strategic direction of the firm and my teammates’ careers is truly a privilege, and I am motivated by it every single day.

Why did you join Deloitte Digital?

I joined Deloitte Digital looking to develop a solid foundation for professional and personal growth in the consulting world. Joining has turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. 

What does your workday at Deloitte Digital look like?

My days are diverse. From brainstorming to collaborating with clients, no two days are the same. I dedicate a part of each day to connecting with my team, spread across our US and India offices, where we bond over our love for all things design.

What has been your highlight at Deloitte Digital so far?

My journey here has been marked by some enriching moments that have shaped who I am. Beyond working on some incredible digital experiences, some of my key highlights include leading an impromptu design thinking session for a new client, curating and running a culture shift workshop for C-suite executives, and securing a seat at the table for design with some of the most impressive clients. Through all the hard work, I enjoy it all!

I joined Deloitte Digital to collaborate with some of the industry's best minds, working together to solve the world’s most complex problems using innovative technologies. The opportunity to be part of a world-class organization focused on pushing the boundaries of what's possible was a compelling draw for me. 

What's your next goal and how is Deloitte Digital helping you to achieve it?

My next goal is to determine the best methods to apply generative AI solutions for our Technology and Energy, Resources, and Industrials clients. Deloitte’s access to innovative technology and exemplary practitioners is paramount as I work toward integrating Gen AI into our clients' technology solutions and their sales and marketing strategy. 

What has been your highlight at Deloitte Digital so far?

As a former football player at Vanderbilt University, my biggest highlight has been spearheading the relationship with the Make A Play Foundation, which has brought over 50 full-time racially and ethnically diverse student-athletes into Deloitte as employees or interns.

The growth potential, variety of career opportunities, and the good vibes drew me to Deloitte Digital. I knew that by coming here, I could build on my career by being involved in many different experiences and initiatives, and I’d be surrounded by team members and other leaders who truly enjoy creating great work in a great environment. 

What does your workday at Deloitte Digital look like?

I lead multifunctional teams that help clients transform their organizations to be more customer- and data-centric, ultimately to drive engagement and growth. My typical day includes a mix of cross-team collaboration sessions, technology updates on the latest builds, client workshops discussing new ideas and strategies, and focused “head-down” time to tackle work.

Great minds collaborating. I love when we come together to share, learn, and develop fresh ideas and solutions—all while weaving in some good fun and laughs along the way.
