Mark is a Principal, Deloitte Global Customer Offering Portfolio Leader, and Global Head of Deloitte Digital. Mark is responsible for the global strategy formation, prioritization, and go-to-market orchestration of our Customer offering services to exceed our clients’ global transformation needs in all customer-engaging areas including customer strategy, agency/creative, marketing, commerce, sales, service, and digital products across our firm’s advisory, implement, and operate portfolio, and across all commercial industries and government/public sectors. Mark has had the privilege to work with the world's most prominent brands spanning numerous industries, including automotive (OEM and captive finance), consumer/retail, financial services, healthcare (payor/provider), life sciences (biomedical device, pharma, specialty), media & entertainment, public sector, and technology (software, hardware, semiconductor). Nick Garrett is the Global Marketing & Commerce leader for Deloitte Digital. Nick Garrett is the Global Marketing & Commerce Leader and serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte Digital. For nearly 25 years, he worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands in the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia, and at agencies who operate at the business end of creativity. His passion for commercial creativity and his entrepreneurial mind helped launch some of the most innovative and transformative work to come out of the Australian market in the last two decades. He sits on numerous advisory boards, including the United Nations Development Programme.
Yohan is the Global Sales and Service leader for Deloitte Digital. He’s passionate about leveraging his teams’ comprehensive capabilities in strategy, innovation, design, technology and data to help clients achieve their purpose and unlock new avenues of growth, while creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for all. Since 2013, Yohan has been instrumental in establishing Deloitte Digital's presence in Canada. His contributions span across various service offerings, where he has been responsible for both organic and strategic growth initiatives. With 20 years at Deloitte, he gained a comprehensive understanding of client challenges across a variety of sectors, generating innovative ideas that leverage technology, talent, and diversity.
Andy Sandoz is a partner and UK chief creative officer (CCO) of the firm’s creative digital consultancy, Deloitte Digital. Andy leads Deloitte Digital’s full-range of creative services for clients in the UK, which includes oversight of those within ACNE. Andy specialises in blending creativity with emerging technologies to change the way business operates. He has experience across a wide-range of industries.
Leon has been living, breathing, and designing digital and customer experiences for over 20 years. In that time, he has led a wide variety of projects encompassing innovation, design strategy, service design, digital experiences and customer research. More recently, Leon’s focus has been at the intersection of design, technology, culture and leadership development
Leora leads our national Customer Strategy & Design team and Melbourne Deloitte Digital practice. She has 20 years+ of advisory experience specialising in Customer Experience (CX), Customer Growth and Value Management, Product and Audience Experience, particularly in the Entertainment, Media, Telecommunications and Retail sectors. Leora's background incorporates consulting, operations management, product management and screen advisory roles in both Australia and the UK.
David brings nearly twenty years of experience across a range of commercial disciplines from a local and global perspective. These disciplines include: organisational strategy, brand (custodianship and communication), general management, insights and innovation. Prior to establishing the Brand, Creative and Media practice at Deloitte, David led strategy and media at one of Australia's most successful agencies. He has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and has established two successful start-ups in the research and psychometric strategy fields. While David's particular strength has seen him recognised as a leader in marketing strategy for consumer brands, he has also led client and agency teams across the public sector, as well as, education, financial services and the retail industry, distinguishing David as one of the region's leading marketing strategists.
Cecilia Hill is a Partner in our Strategy and Design Team in Deloitte Digital. She has over 15 years’ experience in Customer Led Design and have developed an in depth knowledge of how to apply Design to strategic challenges, innovation, customer experience and product design. Cecilia believes that the wider use of Design Principles such as empathy, testing of options and user needs linkaged to execution, will help organisations – and thereby Australia – to be more successful at meeting the innovation challenges of the future. Having spent 9 years in the Industry being a Design leader at Telstra and a client of Deloitte, today she gets her passion from helping the public sector design and deliver citizen experiences that makes interacting with Government easy, smart and personalised. Her mission is to help Government become the most customer centric organisation in Australia.
Adam is a Partner at Deloitte Digital with a focus on digital technology delivery and ongoing support and maintenance. He holds leadership roles across the Digital Practice related to operations, people management and Deloitte's offshore technology, user experience and advisory offerings. He focuses across markets and industries specialising in retail along with State and Federal government, Defence, Higher-Education, and Transportation and Logistics. Roles have included client advisory, program management and technology delivery all within digital transformation initiatives. Adam has a keen interest in digital transformation and the intersection of technology and people. He also leads Deloitte Consulting’s offshore enablement and delivery capability.
Brendan Devers is a Partner in Deloitte Consulting's Digital practice, and current lead of the national Digital Customer offering. Brendan has over 20 years’ experience in leading technology strategy design, development, and delivery - bringing an extensive technical background to the delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects. Brendan has partnered with many of Australia’s most eminent brands to deliver award winning digital and customer experiences – such as Telstra, Australia Post, Honda, Transurban and numerous government agencies. The Digital Customer offering in Australia encompasses 250 professionals and growing, with an ambition to bring together the best of platform and asset driven experience with a focus on the customer and citizen.
Brad leads the Customer Platforms practice of Deloitte Digital Australia, where he is responsible for leadership of the business and a team of 200 digital consultants across Australia, including functional consultants, engineers, project managers, business analysts and account directors. He is based in Queensland and was responsible for the inception of Deloitte Digital in the region and now the ongoing leadership of the team. Brad specialises in designing and leading digital transformation programs in large corporations. He focuses in financial services while also launching new digital products within traditional businesses in other sectors. At heart, Brad is a new technology innovator and early adopter, with a passion for designing and delivering services that get used by millions of people every day. Aside from his expertise on digital business transformation, Brad is also part of the Singularity University global faculty where he talks on topics such as the democratisation of experience using AR and VR.
Steve has 22 years of digital and consultancy experience spanning the design and delivery of enterprise level platforms across Australia and the UK. Having a focus on customer design and the adaptation of customer needs across the various digital channels, Steve helps organisations understand how and where their customers engage with their brand, how technology is rapidly changing, and then helps them implement new solutions and capabilities to transform to their future state. With a specialty in the Financial Services market - retail banking and wealth management - Steve manages transformational change across the digital distribution platforms and into the assisted service channels. This includes a combination of both underlying technical enablers such as identity, integration, data platforms, CRM, and devOps processes supported by business operating models and change management programs.
Laura is a leader within Deloitte Digital, combining her 20+ years experience leading digital and marketing transformation with her passion for driving results through inclusive leadership. She is currently focussed on delivering a world-leading Adobe x Deloitte partnership. Industry agnostic and with plenty of experience gained in high-regulation financial services and high-competition consumer business segments, Laura is most passionate about ensuring channel of choice for customers. She is obsessed with ensuring organisations get a return on investment from their Martech stack, and bringing the people and process lens to technology challenges. A champion of good causes, Laura ensures she spends at least a third of her annual effort on leading transformation in the profit-for-purpose sector.
