With a three-year break since the last in-person symposium, Deloitte Digital were excited to return for the biggest Sitecore Symposium yet this October in Chicago. Much has changed in the world, and for Sitecore, since the last time we caught up in person, so let's recap what we learned.
We were thrilled to be there in-person to connect, learn and collaborate on the future of Sitecore, and were proud to return home with two awards in our luggage - the 2022 Global Partnering Excellence Award and 2022 Ultimate Experience Award for Most Intelligent Optimization.
With the announcement of key product innovations that continue Sitecore's push into a fully composable digital experience platform and inspiring keynote speeches from Sitecore executives, clients and thought leaders, here are three key takeaways from the week.

Embracing the role of 'friendly neighbour' in your technology stack, Sitecore have re-affirmed their commitment to creating best-in-class products with open APIs that connect easily with others in a tech stack.
Continuing the composable trend, Sitecore announced three new products:

The theme of this years symposium was "Meet every moment", and Sitecore's Chief Marketing Officer Paige O'Neill and Chief Product Officer Dave O'Flanagan both spoke of the increasing challenge and need for brands to provide relevant, personalised content to customers at every step. Both highlighted Sitecore's XM Cloud, CDP and Personalize products as key tools brands could use to deliver exceptional digital experiences to their customers.
We've come back energised and ready to put Sitecore's innovations and best-in-class products to use, to help our clients deliver world class digital experiences.
