As a sponsor and Adobe's privileged partner, Deloitte Digital was privileged to take part in the Experience Makers 2023 on November 7, 2023 at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris. As a long-standing partner for over 25 years, Deloitte Digital took part alongside its client Allianz to present their feedback on the industrialization of end-to-end experience personalization.

Antoine Sander had the opportunity to share his experience on stage with Céline Armand, Director of Digital Acquisition at Allianz France, and Marc Gonçalves, Product Sales Specialist Data at Adobe France.
The conference featured a fascinating discussion on how Allianz is industrializing end-to-end experience personalization. Our speakers presented the project implemented at Allianz France and the keys to success of a personalization strategy across all digital paths.
After presenting the challenges facing Allianz (data exploitation, real-time personalization and organizational context), Antoine detailed the support solutions implemented with Deloitte Digital, including a study of Allianz's data and technology ecosystem. He also addressed topics around CDP (Customer Data Platform), cookie less strategy and content supply chain.
