A long-standing partnership successfully launched in France in 2023
Eight years after the US office, Deloitte Digital France launched its partnership with Sprinklr, a unified customer experience solution, in 2023.
After just one year, the results are positive: the partnership has enabled us to carry out a number of projects to improve customer engagement for prestigious companies, and the number of certified Deloitte consultants is growing to better support our future customers.
The partnership between Deloitte Digital and Sprinklr also strengthens international links: our consultants train and refine their expertise thanks to the Deloitte network, creating real cross-working synergies between France, Portugal, Switzerland and Poland.
In this way, the sharing of sector-specific knowledge and functional and technical expertise, coupled with support for certification via the Sprinklr University, have enabled our teams to optimize their skills on the solution.
