He has extensive experience working in the Consumer, Fashion Luxury, and Retail sectors, where he has spearheaded various customer and digital transformation initiatives, successfully delivering innovative projects. Over the past decade, Gianluca has acquired a diverse skill set in Customer Experience strategies, processes, and solutions, working also across other industries, such as Communication & Media, Energy & Utilities, Gas & Oil, and Consumer Business.

Elisa is a Director at Deloitte Digital, where she leads the Digital Marketing & Analytics practice. She has an international background and over 15 years of experience in Marketing & Engagement projects. She has primarily worked on digital transformation and marketing projects aimed at increasing revenue, digital channel sales, and customer interaction by enhancing engagement and Customer Value Management (CVM). She coordinates the alliance with Google on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). She has also been a lecturer at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for the Master's degree course in digital innovation for 4 years.
