Deloitte Next Generation CMO Program II Edition

The second Deloitte Next Generation CMO Program event in Italy will be held in Milan from May 20th to 22nd in the Deloitte Digital Studios. During the three-day event, 30 aspiring CMOs will engage with expert professionals, C-Executives, and external speakers from various companies and sectors. The program offers aspiring marketing leaders a unique experience focused on professional development and growth, supporting participants in their journey toward future C-Level roles.
The program develops and enhances the marketing skills and capabilities required of executives leading their organization's marketing, focusing on four key topics:
- Being a Leader and advocating the benefits of marketing and experience within the Board;
- Being a Leader for oneself;
- Being a Leader for colleagues, guiding them through Digital Transformation;
- Managing change.
Participants will have the opportunity to refine their skills through interactive plenary sessions, group activities, panels, and breakouts, and they will hear from C-Executives, industry experts and Deloitte professionals in business transformation and leadership. They also will explore new trends in the current marketing landscape.

Elisa is the Digital Marketing & Analytics Leader at Deloitte Digital, where she leads the Digital Marketing & Analytics practice. With an international background and more than 20 years of experience, she has successfully delivered worldwide Marketing & Engagement projects across industries. She specializes in guiding digital transformation and developing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand digital channel sales, and strengthen customer relationships. In recent years, Elisa has focused on harnessing the potential of Artificial Intelligence in marketing—from hyper-personalization and predictive insights to campaign optimization and responsible AI adoption. Elisa also leads Deloitte Digital’s alliance with Google on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), supporting organizations in unlocking the value of advanced marketing technologies. She is also a member of the Deloitte Global Marketing Council, where she contributes to identifying key trends in marketing and shaping strategies that create measurable impact for clients worldwide. She is also leading the next generation CMO program in Italy, a course focused on preparing the CMOs of tomorrow. Alongside her consulting career, Elisa has shared her expertise as a Professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, teaching in the Master’s program in Digital Innovation for four years. Recognized as a trusted advisor, Elisa combines deep marketing expertise, a global perspective, and a forward-looking vision on AI to help companies achieve growth and build lasting connections with their customers.
