The first Deloitte Next Generation CMO Program eventin Italy was held in Milan from May 28th to 30th at the Deloitte Greenhouse. During the three-day event, 30 aspiring CMOs engaged with expert professionals, C-Executives, and external speakers from various companies and sectors. The program offered aspiring marketing leaders a unique experience focused on professional development and growth, supporting participants in their journey toward future C-Level roles.
The program developed and enhanced the marketing skills and capabilities required of executives leading their organization's marketing, focusing on four key topics:
Being a Leader and advocating the benefits of marketing and experience within the Board;
Being a Leader for oneself;
Being a Leader for colleagues, guiding them through Digital Transformation;
Managing change.
Participants had the opportunity to refine their skills through interactive plenary sessions, group activities, panels, and breakouts, and they heard from C-Executives, industry experts and Deloitte professionals in business transformation and leadership. They also explored new trends in the current marketing landscape.
