She spent the previous 15 years running Marketing Transformation and Customer Strategy practices for Accenture. Prior to her career in consulting, Becky ran marketing programmes for several start-ups. She specialises in digital strategy and transformation, customer experience design, customer analytics and marketing strategy.

Phil has sold and led the delivery of some of our largest digital programmes improving sales, service and marketing for our client’s customers He has also led turn arounds of struggling projects and contact centre digitisations. He has worked with business leaders, solution and technical architects to design and build CRM centre of excellences, in the US and Europe.
