Nick Garrett is the Global Marketing & Commerce leader for Deloitte Digital. Nick Garrett is the Global Marketing & Commerce Leader and serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte Digital. For nearly 25 years, he worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands in the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia, and at agencies who operate at the business end of creativity. His passion for commercial creativity and his entrepreneurial mind helped launch some of the most innovative and transformative work to come out of the Australian market in the last two decades. He sits on numerous advisory boards, including the United Nations Development Programme.

Yohan is the Global Sales and Service leader for Deloitte Digital. He’s passionate about leveraging his teams’ comprehensive capabilities in strategy, innovation, design, technology and data to help clients achieve their purpose and unlock new avenues of growth, while creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for all. Since 2013, Yohan has been instrumental in establishing Deloitte Digital's presence in Canada. Andy Sandoz is a partner and UK chief creative officer (CCO) of the firm’s creative digital consultancy, Deloitte Digital. Andy leads Deloitte Digital’s full-range of creative services for clients in the UK, which includes oversight of those within ACNE. Andy specialises in blending creativity with emerging technologies to change the way business operates. He has experience across a wide-range of industries.

Colin is the Lead Partner for Deloitte Digital. He was previously Consumer leader in the Deloitte UK Consulting business, with responsibility for four industry sectors; Retail, Consumer Products, Automotive and THS (Travel, Hospitality & Services). With over 30 years experience gained in industry and consulting, Colin specialises in helping clients to design and build digital commerce propositions that transform the consumer experience and deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

Becky is a Partner in the Customer Strategy team at Deloitte Digital. She is also the CMO for the Digital Financial Services Practice. Becky has been with Deloitte since the beginning of 2019. She spent the previous 15 years running Marketing Transformation and Customer Strategy practices for Accenture. Prior to her career in consulting, Becky ran marketing programmes for several start-ups. She specialises in digital strategy and transformation, customer experience design, customer analytics and marketing strategy.

Duncan Barnes is a partner in Deloitte Digital, where he leads Digital Transformation for clients in the Consumer, Energy and Manufacturing sectors. He specialises in customer sales and service, helping our clients to design and deliver great sales and service experiences using leading-edge digital, CRM, analytics and cloud technologies

He delivers and runs digital solutions for public bodies that help improve policy outcomes and provide better experiences for customers and staff. As a Partner in Deloitte Digital UK, Andrew works with clients to create great customer experiences through amazing digital products. With a background in engineering, architecture and lean programme delivery he thrives on working with consumer clients to bring strategy into reality for his clients and their customers. Andrew has 20 years of experience working with clients leading digital programmes with a focus on retail, ecommerce and marketing. He works closely with Google, commercetools and the MACH alliance to further the collective client impact we can have together as the industry drives towards composable technology solutions. His leadership roles have included EMEA Commerce Practice, UK Deloitte Digital Consumer and is currently the UK Marketing and Commerce practice leader

Phil leads our Public Sector CRM team in the UK and Europe. He has 25 years’ experience with Deloitte, leading industry, capability teams and selling and delivering sales and service digital transformation. A computer scientist by background, he is passionate about the potential of GenAI, mobile and digital technologies, and their practical application with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics for real businesses. Phil has sold and led the delivery of some of our largest digital programmes improving sales, service and marketing for our client’s customers He has also led turn arounds of struggling projects and contact centre digitisations. He has worked with business leaders, solution and technical architects to design and build CRM centre of excellences, in the US and Europe.
