In the Global Digital Customer role, Paul works with member firms as they define their offerings for better connection with customers, suppliers and partners to inspire and predict new opportunities, improve service, increase engagement, and strengthen loyalty. Paul also leads our Global C&M E&A program, which focuses on scaling and designing a multi alliance strategy to execute and enhance our go-to-market initiatives across C&M globally. For more than two decades, Paul has worked globally with Deloitte consultants and clients across Technology, Retail, and Financial Services. He has helped to start and then lead many practices within the firm including Salesforce, Adobe and NetSuite, all focused on emerging technology and innovation. Paul is a champion for Equality and helping others succeed at work and in the communities in which we serve. He serves on the board of Juma Ventures, an organization focused on breaking the cycle of poverty by paving the way to work, education, and financial capability for youth across America. Paul is a father of three and a huge sports fan.

His passion for commercial creativity and his entrepreneurial mind helped launch some of the most innovative and transformative work to come out of the Australian market in the last two decades. He sits on numerous advisory boards, including the United Nations Development Programme.

Prior to her career in consulting, Becky ran marketing programmes for several start-ups. She specialises in digital strategy and transformation, customer experience design, customer analytics and marketing strategy.
