We conducted an “Ease of Doing Business” pain-point analysis of the VMware customer and partner online experience. Our improvement recommendations led to the conception, design, and implementation of a new solution for global digital marketing and online customer and partner self-service.
Our ongoing contributions to VMware’s business strategy, creative conceptualisation, UX design, and technical delivery have helped VMware establish a long-term, collaborative approach to their web and mobile initiatives.
