With over half a century under their seatbelt, Lamborghini wanted to transform their digital experience into one that matched their dream cars—one that let customers express their unique personalities, needs, and desires.
To help Lamborghini create more relevant, personalized messaging, Deloitte Digital created a new customer relationship management system (CRM) using the Salesforce platform. The CRM integrates with a content management system so Lamborghini can create and deliver the right content to the right customers. We also developed a new app called Lamborghini Unica (Italian for “unique”) both to connect with customers and to help customers connect with their cars (think: find my car functionality, digital garage, and remote-controlled headlights). Oh, and did we mention that after building this all-new digital experience, we’ve been able to deliver new solutions every three to six months? That’s almost as fast as, well, a Lamborghini.
Together, Deloitte Digital and Lamborghini elevated the customer experience to a human one—with a new digital touchpoint that fully integrates with other business systems. All the new systems are available to the entire dealership network to help improve sales and service processes. Early results have revealed new selling opportunities and enabled Lamborghini to create tailored, one-to-one communications with their customers. And because these new platforms together create the foundation for a complete, scalable ecosystem of platforms, they cover all journeys and stages of the customer experience.
