Mark is a Principal, Deloitte Global Customer Offering Portfolio Leader, and Global Head of Deloitte Digital. Mark is responsible for the global strategy formation, prioritization, and go-to-market orchestration of our Customer offering services to exceed our clients’ global transformation needs in all customer-engaging areas including customer strategy, agency/creative, marketing, commerce, sales, service, and digital products across our firm’s advisory, implement, and operate portfolio, and across all commercial industries and government/public sectors. Mark has had the privilege to work with the world's most prominent brands spanning numerous industries, including automotive (OEM and captive finance), consumer/retail, financial services, healthcare (payor/provider), life sciences (biomedical device, pharma, specialty), media & entertainment, public sector, and technology (software, hardware, semiconductor). In his role, Mark helps our clients create compelling customer experiences that align with their brand ambition, increase customer loyalty and drive profitable growth.

Nick Garrett is the Global Marketing & Commerce Leader and serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte Digital. For nearly 25 years, he worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands in the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia, and at agencies who operate at the business end of creativity. His passion for commercial creativity and his entrepreneurial mind helped launch some of the most innovative and transformative work to come out of the Australian market in the last two decades. He sits on numerous advisory boards, including the United Nations Development Programme.
Yohan Gaumont
Yohan is the Global Sales and Service leader for Deloitte Digital. He’s passionate about leveraging his teams’ comprehensive capabilities in strategy, innovation, design, technology and data to help clients achieve their purpose and unlock new avenues of growth, while creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for all. Since 2013, Yohan has been instrumental in establishing Deloitte Digital's presence in Canada. His contributions span across various service offerings, where he has been responsible for both organic and strategic growth initiatives. Andy leads Deloitte Digital’s full-range of creative services for clients in the UK, which includes oversight of those within ACNE. Andy specialises in blending creativity with emerging technologies to change the way business operates. He has experience across a wide-range of industries.

Olga Lipińska-Bielan
Olga is a technology & transformation leader with 20 years of experience across multiple organizations, industries, and geographies.. Her key focus is complex engagement delivery spanning client’s business and technology needs. Olga's goal is to assist clients in achieving the best digital transformation results by applying the right implementation approach and platform, as well as ongoing operations of implemented solutions. With over 10 years of system implementation experience for technology consulting, Olga’s current focus are digital transformation projects., including Salesforce implementations. Olga also has extensive experience in leading cross functional and multinational teams. She participated in a number of international projects and worked on site in the UK, Austria, Italy, Central Europe, Dubai and Thailand. Prior to joining Deloitte, Olga spent over 15 years abroad, mainly in the US.
Wiesław Kotecki
He has cooperated with clients in Poland, USA, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Mexico, Belgium, France, Russia, Slovenia and Montenegro. He specializes in the financial, telecommunications, automotive and health sectors. His projects have been awarded many times. In 2016, after 10 years of running the first Polish company specializing in UX - Uselab, he joined Deloitte Digital with the whole team - currently he leads the Experience Design team in Central Europe.

He successfully delivered multiple digital & technological projects for large clients, predominantly from Consumer Industry. He is passionate about consumer product goods, retail, modern marketing next gen commerce platforms, content, data-driven marketing, personalization & brand purpose.
Aleksander Pruziński
Alek has a proven track record in delivering complex Salesforce.comimplementations. He has direct experience in managing various technological projects, business and technical consultants' team and bringing the value for the client. He has more than 13 years of professional experience in IT, always being on the front line between business needs and technology. He has analyzed, designed and developed solutions for back office, customer service and end-users. He has hands-on experience in managing projects in large organizations including technology aspects like business analysis, development and architecture as well as change management, complex training plans and delivery and agile transformation.
