What's your next goal and how is Deloitte Digital helping you to achieve it?

My goal is to take the next big steps to becoming an even more experienced designer with a larger focus on UI/UX design.

What does your workday at Deloitte Digital look like?

My work days consist of looking for solutions that add value to our clients' clients, analyzing and optimizing the different business processes and customer engagement.

I feel proud to be in a team that is part of the development of the future.

Why did you join Deloitte Digital?

My background is in life science engineering. As much as I enjoyed the technical aspects of my field, I realized that I also had a strong interest in the business side of products - Deloitte Digital combines best of both worlds.

Everyone works together towards a common goal, and that creates a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Despite its size, the company fosters an entrepreneurial spirit that encourages people to think creatively and turn innovative ideas into reality.

What does your workday at Deloitte Digital look like?

My typical workday is a mix of collaborative and independent activities. I usually begin with a team catch-up to align on priorities for the day, after which I dive into my individual tasks. Overall, I enjoy the balance between working closely with my colleagues and having the autonomy to tackle my own projects.

For me personally, Deloitte Digital offers the perfect blend of my passion for user experience and technology. I love that every client project is unique and you get to work with amazing people along the way.

What does your workday at Deloitte Digital look like?

In my role, I guide and support our clients in their end-to-end journey of bringing digital products & services to life, usually working closely with the development and design team.
