During ABB's "Accelerator Week," a global event dedicated to driving AI innovation in ABB’s processes, over 170 groundbreaking use cases were submitted.
This year, the event took place in Mexico, focusing on transformative AI applications in sales, service, marketing, and RFQ management. ABB teams from around the world collaborated with esteemed partners, including Deloitte and Salesforce, to deliver cutting-edge accelerators for four key AI use cases. In our Swiss Offices, we jointly worked on Marketing Intelligence, Sales Excellence, Service Excellence, and RFQ Automation.
The highlight of the week was the sales use case, which achieved an impressive 3rd place, showcasing the power of collaboration and innovative solutions. A jury evaluated each submission, selecting the most innovative use cases in each area.
