Nick Garrett is the Global Marketing & Commerce Leader and serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte Digital. For nearly 25 years, he worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands in the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia, and at agencies who operate at the business end of creativity. His passion for commercial creativity and his entrepreneurial mind helped launch some of the most innovative and transformative work to come out of the Australian market in the last two decades. He sits on numerous advisory boards, including the United Nations Development Programme.

Yohan is the Global Sales and Service leader for Deloitte Digital. He’s passionate about leveraging his teams’ comprehensive capabilities in strategy, innovation, design, technology and data to help clients achieve their purpose and unlock new avenues of growth, while creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for all. Andy leads Deloitte Digital’s full-range of creative services for clients in the UK, which includes oversight of those within ACNE. Andy specialises in blending creativity with emerging technologies to change the way business operates. He has experience across a wide-range of industries.

Stelios is a Partner and the Customer Leader at Deloitte. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in CRM, Digital Transformation, Business Process Transformation, Data Management, Analytics, and Technology Strategy. He has demonstrated his expertise and leadership skills in various roles. Throughout his career, he has successfully led numerous digital innovation projects and complex transformation programs for major financial institutions in Greece and Eastern Europe. Stelios holds a BSc degree in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MSc degree in Business Innovation & Technology.

Andreas is a highly experienced digital transformation leader with a deep understanding of CRM, ERP, and WMS solutions. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, he has played an instrumental role in establishing two Salesforce practices from scratch. He has successfully led over 50 Salesforce projects, end-to-end and hands-on, in the areas of Sales, Service, and Marketing, across a range of industries including Utilities, Telco, Fintech, Consumer, Media, and Real-estate. As the Salesforce Practice & Delivery Lead at Deloitte Digital, Andreas brings his extensive experience in leading and delivering digital transformation projects to help clients achieve their business goals. With his customer-centric mindset, Andreas is always focused on building solid relationships with customers, partners, and teams. He performs successfully in both business and technical environments, at CXO level, and is a certified Salesforce Application Architect with 12 certifications. Andreas is committed to helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals through effective leveraging and alignment of human, business, and technology factors.

Sotiris is Principal in Deloitte Customer, leading the Customer Strategy & Design and Marketing & Commerce offerings. He has extensive experience working with the Consumer, Finance and Energy sectors, where he has led various customer and digital transformation initiatives, successfully delivering innovative projects. Sotiris works with clients to create great customer experiences through amazing digital products. With a background in business, marketing, and technology he thrives on working with consumer clients to bring strategy into reality for his clients and their customers. Over the past 15 years, has acquired a diverse skill set in Customer Experience, UI/UX Design, Marketing, Media, Commerce where he applied both business and technology solutions through digital platforms and custom implementations.
