Why did you join Deloitte Digital?

I joined Deloitte Digital because I wanted to work where there was a really diverse team of experts. I had been focussed on digital transformations using the Salesforce platform, and I wanted to break out beyond that, to challenge my thinking and approach, and ultimately to learn from others who are leaders in what they do. Being inspired by my friends and colleagues at Deloitte has really helped me adapt and grow in my career.

Why did you join Deloitte Digital?

Dee joined Deloitte Digital 4 years ago after spending and initial 6 years in the wider Deloitte Consulting Practice. Dee has a background in Strategy and Transformation and was keen to combine her business focussed skills with the creative and more technical capabilities that Deloitte Digital has to offer. Since joining the team, Dee has been on a wider variety of client engagements, supporting everything from digital strategy, proposition design through to full end to end digital transformation programmes. Dee is focussed largely within the Financial Services sector, supporting Ireland’s leading banks and insurers to define their ambition, understand their strategic priorities and translate these into tangible outcomes that are leveraged to design, build and deliver future experiences for their customers and their business.

Why did you join Deloitte Digital?

I joined Deloitte Digital in 2014. I wanted to work in a team and culture that broke down traditional organisational siloes to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Now I get to sit in a room with inspiring designers, extraordinary developers & entrepreneurial product owners to imagine and deliver new digital products for our clients. It’s been 8 years since I joined & I’ve never looked back.
