His passion for commercial creativity and his entrepreneurial mind helped launch some of the most innovative and transformative work to come out of the Australian market in the last two decades. He sits on numerous advisory boards, including the United Nations Development Programme.

Yohan is the Global Sales and Service leader for Deloitte Digital. He’s passionate about leveraging his teams’ comprehensive capabilities in strategy, innovation, design, technology and data to help clients achieve their purpose and unlock new avenues of growth, while creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for all. Andy leads Deloitte Digital’s full-range of creative services for clients in the UK, which includes oversight of those within ACNE. Andy specialises in blending creativity with emerging technologies to change the way business operates. He has experience across a wide-range of industries.

Thomas Andersen is an Equity Partner at Deloitte, the Salesforce Alliance Leader for Deloitte NSE (North South Europe), and the Nordic Deloitte Digital Leader. With a robust background spanning over two decades in IT management consulting, he has a deep expertise in digital strategy, IT strategy, and the adoption of innovative technologies such as cloud and mobile solutions. Thomas has led numerous transformation programs aimed at enhancing IT operating models, mobile apps, eCommerce, and omni-channel strategies. His leadership role encompasses overseeing the Salesforce practice across North and South Europe and steering digital initiatives as the head of Deloitte Digital in the Nordics, significantly impacting client strategies and industry advancements.

A passion for combining technology and creativity has shaped Barry's 20+ year career spent designing and delivering digital transformation for global organisations - with a focus on achieving tangible impacts. He has worked across most industries, but in recent years focused mainly on the Manufacturing sector, where he has helped clients achieve goals related to designing great omni-channel B2B buying experiences, improving field service efficiency, growing aftermarket sales, turning data into actionable insights and exploring and implementing new "as a service" business models.

Johan is a Partner leading Deloitte Digital in Sweden and our Nordic Salesforce practice. He has 18 years’ experience in directing and delivering consulting engagements in the area of strategic performance improvement through the successful implementation of strategy, systems and organisational design. Johan’s main focus is digital transformation and customer engagement solutions, leading and implementing technology enabled change across a wide range of organisations including telecoms, financial services, automotive, manufacturing pharmaceutical, consumer goods and public sector.

Cecilie holds more than 20 years of experience from technology and transformation projects within Banking, Retail, Telecom, Health and Non-profit. Her experience includes strategic and operative execution of CRM & Marketing Automation , IT migrations, Data Governance & Masterdata management. Her overall goal is to increase customer profitability and efficiency through the use of technical solutions that support business processes.

Mads Bøcher Lindquist is a Partner at Deloitte Digital with over 10 years of experience building digital transformation programs for international companies. He works at the intersection of strategy, technology, and data to empower commerce and marketing transformation programs. Mads is passionate about new and immersive technologies that create opportunities for business and operating models, while adding new layers to the customer experience.
