Mark is responsible for the global strategy formation, prioritization, and go-to-market orchestration of our Customer offering services to exceed our clients’ global transformation needs in all customer-engaging areas including customer strategy, agency/creative, marketing, commerce, sales, service, and digital products across our firm’s advisory, implement, and operate portfolio, and across all commercial industries and government/public sectors. Mark has had the privilege to work with the world's most prominent brands spanning numerous industries, including automotive (OEM and captive finance), consumer/retail, financial services, healthcare (payor/provider), life sciences (biomedical device, pharma, specialty), media & entertainment, public sector, and technology (software, hardware, semiconductor). Yohan is the Global Sales and Service leader for Deloitte Digital. He’s passionate about leveraging his teams’ comprehensive capabilities in strategy, innovation, design, technology and data to help clients achieve their purpose and unlock new avenues of growth, while creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for all. Since 2013, Yohan has been instrumental in establishing Deloitte Digital's presence in Canada. His contributions span across various service offerings, where he has been responsible for both organic and strategic growth initiatives. With 20 years at Deloitte, he gained a comprehensive understanding of client challenges across a variety of sectors, generating innovative ideas that leverage technology, talent, and diversity.

Mike, a principal at Deloitte Digital and the national Customer & Marketing (C&M) offering leader, leads multi-disciplinary teams driving customer-focused experience strategies and solutions across industries and sectors. Mike is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the C&M practice as well as its go-to-market strategies, priorities, investments, and resources. Mike and his team specialize in defining, building, and operating technology platforms that create differentiated experiences for every touchpoint along a customer journey – including product and customer strategy, innovation, pricing, brand strategy, marketing, commerce, sales, and customer service. For over 25 years, Mike has connected strategies to global information technology architecture and led transformation across industries – primarily data-driven commercial experiences for customers and patients. Prior to leading Deloitte Digital’s C&M team, Mike led Deloitte’s Life Sciences practice across Consulting, Advisory, Tax, and Audit businesses. Mike lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife of 25 years, Hillary, and their children, Lily, Zach, and Natalie. Mike and his family love to hang at the beach -- and really anywhere they can be together as a family. Mike is an avid runner, golfer, and musician … and a future professional surfer (in his dreams).

As Chief Experience Officer at Deloitte Digital, Amelia Dunlop helps companies develop winning strategies that combine innovation, creativity, and digital strategy. Megan is a managing director at Deloitte Consulting LLP and the US chief design officer (CDO) of Deloitte Digital. She is passionate about human-centered approaches to business transformation, using creativity and design thinking to surface new growth opportunities and improve the adoption of technologies. She works alongside many of the world’s most creative thinkers and makers to elevate the role of design while encouraging collaboration across typical organizational silos (particularly technology platforms, business strategy, marketing, and human capital). Recognizing that people are essential to every successful transformation, Megan continues to mentor Deloitte Digital’s rising talent. She has spent her career mentoring designers by leading graduate programs for innovation and design. Megan seeks to forge career paths for the next generation of design leaders. Before serving as CDO, Megan led many strategic design programs during her 10 years on Deloitte Digital’s Customer Strategy & Applied Design team.

Brian is a principal at Deloitte Digital and serves as the US Advertising, Marketing & Commerce (AM&C) offering leader. Brian and his team combine strategy, vision, technology, and data-driven insights to create memorable digital experiences that solve business problems and strengthen brands. With more than 20 years of experience, Brian advises clients on all aspects of their digital transformations, including shaping and executing their digital strategy, experience design, and technology implementations that span sales, service, marketing, commerce, enterprise portals, mobile solutions, and customer analytics. Brian helps his clients drive growth and efficiency through transforming their front office distribution and marketing capabilities, utilizing innovative cloud-based solutions to drive business value. His experience spans banking, insurance, investment management, telco, media, high tech, and the consumer sector. Prior to this role, Brian served as Deloitte Consulting’s lead alliance partner for the US Salesforce practice, where he led the partnership between both organizations, inclusive of all market collaboration, joint investment, strategic deals/accounts, and executive relationships and alignment.

As US Chief Strategy & AI Officer for Deloitte Digital, Simon works as part of the Executive Leadership Team to define the priorities, investments and make strategic choices that shape the future direction of the business. Simon is also responsible for leading the AI / Generative AI agenda for Deloitte Digital, building the capabilities, talent and offerings required to win in this new era of customer experience transformation. Throughout his 20+ years of management consulting experience, Simon has worked with a broad range of commercial executives to accelerate organic growth, develop more customer centric organizations, and deliver on the promise of digital transformation. He has also served in various past leadership roles, including as global leader of Deloitte’s Customer & Marketing Strategy practice. Most recently, Simon led Deloitte’s Customer Strategy & Experience team. Simon received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Cornell University. He lives near Boston with his wife of almost 20 years and three children, who are a family of avid skiers and passionate world travelers (~ 60 countries and counting).

He embeds creativity into the way businesses solve their problems and helps create purpose-driven solutions that transform how they operate. By blending his marketing and technology experience, he helps create opportunities for disruptive growth.

A principal at Deloitte Digital and the leader of the US Customer Strategy & Applied Design offering, Jeff guides a team of strategists, marketers, insights specialists, and designers. Jeff and his team help clients use differentiated human insight and technology to design and deliver powerful experience, drive measurable growth, and transform organizations. Prior to this role, Jeff was responsible for growing Deloitte’s Applied Design practice, where he elevated the discipline of design across the firm. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in developing and commercializing new businesses, designing experiences, and building innovation capabilities within organizations. Jeff has deep knowledge in financial services and health care, having led multi-year innovation and strategy programs across both sectors. Jeff is a graduate of Queen’s University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in New York City with his wife of 17 years, Laxmi, and their two children, Charlie (14) and Georgia (11). They love to travel together and enjoy any family competition including tennis, ping-pong, and cards. Jeff is also an avid and lifelong skier.
