Salesforce and Anthropic have announced Claudeforce—an expanded partnership that brings together Claude's intelligence and reasoning with Salesforce's trusted data, workflows, business logic, actions and governance, in both directions.
It's a meaningful step forward for the enterprise as a whole. Most organizations today run on multiple platforms, and the value in this collaboration is that it lets them keep their existing investments, bring Anthropic's reasoning and Salesforce's trusted enterprise harness across those systems, and build an enterprise-wide transformation strategy without being locked into a single vendor's stack.
Deloitte isn't approaching this from a standing start: early implementation work with clients has already taught us what actually drives adoption and return on investment (ROI) across a multi-platform enterprise, and what tends to stall it.
What is Salesforce in Claude?
Salesforce in Claude gives employees more choice in how they interact with CRM—whether through familiar screens, conversation, or interfaces built around the task at hand— while keeping the governance, security and audit trail enterprises require.
Salesforce in Claude is available to select pilot customers now, with a broader open beta planned for September 2026. The organizations plan to introduce more integrations across Claude, Salesforce and Slack, expanding use of each other’s technologies.
WHY NOW
The complementary strengths behind Claudeforce
Anthropic brings enterprise-grade AI and the reasoning engine behind real workforce transformation, the part of the equation that can change how work gets done. Salesforce brings the customer context, business logic, governance and workflows that make that transformation adoptable at scale, plus the reach of a platform already embedded in how enterprises run sales, service and marketing. Through this relationship, organizations can deploy AI more effectively across the systems they already run, with Claude itself becoming a place of work, not just a layer underneath one.
WHERE DELOITTE ADDS VALUE
Deloitte brings together Anthropic and Salesforce experience to drive sector-specific outcomes and ROI
Deloitte turns this announcement into a working enterprise program: how the work itself changes for the people doing it, how technology decisions compound into real value, and how governance discipline makes the transformation safe to run at scale.
Sales teams stop toggling between systems and start working in conversation. Claude is embedded directly in the flow of work, so the CRM becomes something you talk to, not something you have to navigate. This frees your reps from system toggling and data entry. Deloitte helps you redesign the work itself: what do your teams do with that reclaimed time?
So what: Sellers spend more time winning complex deals and start closing deals faster.
Deloitte is not just a systems integrator (SI). We help you figure out how Claude Code changes your developers' velocity and how that changes how your Salesforce solutions get built and maintained. This turns what used to be a multi-quarter, multi-million-dollar customization cycle into a capability that compounds with every release.
So what: Highly personalized customer experiences stop being a luxury only the biggest budgets can justify.
AI governance, operating model controls, security oversight, and risk mitigation aren't there to slow this down; they're what lets an enterprise move fast and stay in control. Deloitte doesn't bolt governance on after implementation. We architect it from day one, so you avoid the governance gaps other pilots discover too late. This is part of what we stand up to make your board comfortable running this at scale.
So what: Governance is what lets you go faster, not slower.
This builds on Deloitte's existing depth as a Salesforce and Anthropic SI, backed by 50K+ Claude-trained professionals, 2.5K+ Claude Certified Architects, and 24K+ Salesforce front office projects delivered. Deloitte brings industry-specific experience across Financial Services, Health Care & Life Sciences, and Technology, along with full-stack experience in AI, data, and front-office platforms. Governance, risk and cyber capabilities are built in throughout, letting enterprises scale safely.
We don't think so. The bigger shift is economic: Building highly customized, front-office digital experiences has historically been expensive and slow. AI-enabled approaches, done well, change that cost equation, opening the door to a level of personalization and experience quality that wasn't previously affordable at scale.
Yes. Start with sales. Salesforce in Claude layers directly onto the Salesforce workflows you already run, giving sellers a conversational, agentic assistant without a rip-and-replace project. Prove it there, then extend the same pattern into service and marketing on your own timeline.
Across sales, service and marketing, the pattern is the same: The day's administrative load goes down, freeing up time for the actual work of selling, resolving and engaging. With Salesforce in Claude, sellers can get improved insights and signals that help predict a deal—CRM data combined with emails, Slack messages and call transcripts, not CRM data alone. Eventually, service teams can get the same kind of signal stitched together to resolve issues faster and catch churn risk earlier, and marketing teams can get a clearer, faster read on what's actually driving pipeline and engagement, rather than working from lagging campaign reports.
Decouple your experience layer from your systems of record, and you can change how your teams work without re-platforming everything underneath them. That's what turns a single AI pilot into a repeatable capability across the business.
Salesforce is the core for the context, business logic, workflow data models, and governance that enable Salesforce in Claude. What changes is how that platform gets used and extended, which is a governance, integration, and operating-model conversation.
LIVE IN MARKET TODAY
This new way of working is already real
Deloitte is already working with Salesforce and Anthropic capabilities to build industry-specific solutions. One example is our Claude-powered advisor for wealth management, which gives financial advisors a single composable workspace that pulls from Salesforce, data lakes and other engagement platforms, with Claude built in as both the conversational layer and the underlying reasoning engine.
Building this has taught us what matters when you put an agentic layer in front of a regulated, relationship-driven business: how to govern the data Claude can see and act on, how to earn advisor trust in the recommendations it surfaces, and how to integrate cleanly with the systems advisors already rely on rather than asking them to abandon their workflow. That operating experience, not a hypothesis, is what we bring to every Salesforce in Claude engagement.
Advisors using it can spend less time navigating between disconnected systems and more time in front of clients, the same shift Salesforce in Claude is designed to bring to sales, service and marketing teams working in Salesforce.
Just as important, we came out of this experience with the end-state target technology architecture and corresponding operating model changes already mapped. We also walked away with a clear view of the path to get a client from where they are today to that end state and realize the ROI along the way, not just at the finish line.
