Angel leads Hux by developing a powerful business and product roadmap that helps organizations elevate their customers’ human experience at every interaction to drive hyper growth. She has more than 20 years of consulting and leadership experience at Deloitte, as well as strategy and delivery experience in digital marketing, marketing services, campaign management, digital strategy, digital transformation, omnichannel customer experience, and customer value realization.
Angel creates an inclusive work environment and encourages new ways of thinking, solutioning, and working. This drive helps her team think bigger and more creatively, gives everyone a voice, and curates loyalty inside her organization and with clients.
She has shared her thought leadership on stage at events like Adobe Summit, Qualtrics X4, and SAP CX Live, and via platforms such as The Female Quotient. She has also been featured in media publications including The Wall Street Journal, AdWeek, ClickZ, and Confessions of a Marketer.
When she’s not working to create transformative experiences for clients, Angel spends her time volunteering at Kid Power, Inc. This organization works to inspire youth leadership by promoting academic advancement, physical and emotional wellness, and positive community engagement throughout Washington, D.C. Angel lives outside of the D.C. area and earned degrees from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and State University’s Pamplin College of Business.
