With more than 20 years of experience, Brian advises clients on all aspects of their digital transformations, including shaping and executing their digital strategy, experience design, and technology implementations that span sales, service, marketing, commerce, enterprise portals, mobile solutions, and customer analytics. Brian helps his clients drive growth and efficiency through transforming their front office distribution and marketing capabilities, utilizing innovative cloud-based solutions to drive business value. His experience spans banking, insurance, investment management, telco, media, high tech, and the consumer sector.
Prior to this role, Brian served as Deloitte Consulting’s lead alliance partner for the US Salesforce practice, where he led the partnership between both organizations, inclusive of all market collaboration, joint investment, strategic deals/accounts, and executive relationships and alignment.
