Claudia Ribeiro leads our Customer Strategy and Applied Design capability. She focuses on Customer Experience Transformation in Government and Public Sector, bringing together customer insights, service redesign, operating/service delivery models, and digital customer service

Claudia’s work focuses on Digital strategy, transformation and innovation in the Public Sector. Specifically, her experience has focused on citizen experience transformation, bringing together customer insight, service redesign, operating models and digital customer service. She is also particularly interested in and involved with work that focuses on the organisational culture and change elements of Digital transformation. She firmly believe that technology change can only take you so far; building the right open, collaborative business models and cultures through Digital technology is what makes organisations really come alive.

Claudia is based at the Deloitte Digital studio in London and serves on the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to Claudia’s consulting career, growing up, she dreamed of being a movie director. She attended New York University after a degree in English Literature from the University of Glasgow, and obtained a PhD in Arts and Public Policy at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She still pretty obsessed by and involved in film and the arts more broadly. Aside from that, Claudia also loves to cook (dinner time is fairly sacrosanct) and is an enthusiastic but admittedly ineffective tennis player.
