Whether transformation projects are a sprint or a marathon, Dounia leads her team with purpose, partnership, and positivity.

Before joining Deloitte Digital, Dounia worked in the financial services industry. Her experience as a client of large consultancies gives her a unique vantage point, now that she is on the other side of the table. She uniquely understands how to overcome client issues and organizational dynamics to drive successful outcomes.
