Frédéric Verheyen is a partner at Deloitte Digital and head of Customer & Marketing for Belgium, where he coordinates the activities of a team of over 200 Deloitte Digital consultants.
Frédéric joined Arthur Andersen in 1999 which merged with Deloitte in 2001. During his 20 years in consulting, Frédéric built up a broad experience in leading different types of complex Digital and CRM transformation programmes often involving strategy and operations, technology, and change management. He successfully led transformations in sales, marketing, customer services, commerce, and operations areas. Frédéric’s typical areas of expertise include strategic and operational assessments, operational and technology design, and project/programme management often enabled by digital technology.

Today Frédéric is leading the Customer & Marketing portfolio in Belgium, coordinating the activities of a team of over 200 Deloitte Digital consultants. Throughout his career, Frédéric has led Digital and CRM related transformation projects involving technologies such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP and Microsoft.
