As US Customer Strategy & Applied Design offering leader, Jeff Wordham helps organizations set insights-driven growth strategies, establish customer-centric operating models, and design and launch new businesses and experiences. Jeff is a passionate believer in the power of deep customer insight to drive behavior change among consumers, customers, and employees.

A principal at Deloitte Digital and the leader of the US Customer Strategy & Applied Design offering, Jeff guides a team of strategists, marketers, insights specialists, and designers. Jeff and his team help clients use differentiated human insight and technology to design and deliver powerful experience, drive measurable growth, and transform organizations.

Prior to this role, Jeff was responsible for growing Deloitte’s Applied Design practice, where he elevated the discipline of design across the firm. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in developing and commercializing new businesses, designing experiences, and building innovation capabilities within organizations. Jeff has deep knowledge in financial services and health care, having led multi-year innovation and strategy programs across both sectors.

Jeff is a graduate of Queen’s University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in New York City with his wife of 17 years, Laxmi, and their two children, Charlie (14) and Georgia (11). They love to travel together and enjoy any family competition including tennis, ping-pong, and cards. Jeff is also an avid and lifelong skier.
