Kathleen is a Marketing and Communication Executive with broad experience in Digital Marketing, Data & BI, CRM, Marketing Database Management, Strategy and Marketing Automation Technologies. Her core expertise lies in the understanding of clients’ businesses and maximizing the value of technology and data to help their business grow.
Kathleen started her career in market research at The Nielsen Company and IMS Health focusing respectively on the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries. In 2001 she joined Bisnode where she consulted Procter and Gamble for 15 years on their Western European data, marketing and campaign strategy. She was member of ExCom for 7 years and had P&L responsibility of the International Business Unit.
In 2016 she moved to Microsoft as Enterprise Marketing Lead, expanding her marketing experience into B2B and Digital Transformation. She specialized in Marketing Technologies (MarTech) and more specifically in Marketing Automation as marketing is becoming more automated and data driven.
In 2018 Kathleen joined Deloitte Digital to establish the Marketing offering. Since then, Kathleen has been leading a great number of Marketing Transformation projects across EMEA in several industries leveraging the Salesforce and Adobe MarTech solutions. She is the offering leader for the Marketing, Content and Commerce offering which acts as a Center of Excellence for B2B marketing and commerce across EMEA.
