Libby recognises the importance of delivering a human experience across every interaction with individuals on their journey with a brand. Humanising an experience with an organisation is about understanding, supporting and connecting all the customer constituents. That’s where her team can help, creating experiences that surprise and delight through imagining, delivering and running Commerce, Marketing and Creative solutions and services for clients across Private Sector, Financial Services and Public Sector. Her team work across many Alliances such as Adobe, Salesforce, CommerceTools, Hybris, Sprinklr, Facebook, Google and more.
Libby has been with Deloitte for 17 years. During that time she spent two years in the US firm and also took a sabbatical for two years to travel the world with her now husband. The highlight? Learning Spanish while living in Montevideo in Uruguay and then ending up in South & Central America for a year. The Spanish lessons were definitely worth it, although she really wishes she could remember more of it but alas, it’s now a distant memory.
Libby is passionate about the growth of her team and an advocate for diversity in leadership. She enjoys sharing her experiences and finding time to personally coach and develop the future leaders of our business.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her in the gym, listening to music or doing both while binge watching something on Netflix.
