Manish has been working in the CRM space for more than 17 years and is well versed with the evolution and the current trends within this space. He has distinctive advantage of working across multiple digital technologies which has helped him advise clients on the best channels of client interaction and engagement. To add to his already extensive repertoire, he is a frequent speaker at internal forums and the DevTalkies series (specifically the Salesforce episode).
