In Olaf’s role, he helps banks, insurance companies, and capital market firms create value from their data and insights by delivering personalized and enhanced experiences to consumers and businesses.
Olaf has more than 25 years of experience leading data, customer, and marketing initiatives for leading global brands in the United States and overseas. He specializes in customer data management, marketing analytics, digital transformation, MarTech/AdTech integration, and customer experience.
Prior to joining Deloitte in 2016, Olaf worked at another Big 4 consulting firm, heading up their marketing automation practice, and spent time at an agency leading its technology organization for the financial services industry. He was also an entrepreneur, creating and running a marketing services start-up that centered around its customer data platform.
Olaf’s a die-hard soccer fan who doesn’t stop at watching the professionals—he’s very involved with his kids’ soccer programs, too. He also volunteers for Big Brothers and Big Sisters and enjoys taking his motorcycle off-road.
