Paul Clemmons, principal, is the Global Leader for Digital Customer and also leads a multi-alliance ecosystem business focused on US Customer-led Marketing. He’s a problem solver with a passion for always doing things better, so naturally he fits right in with our team.

As Global Leader for Digital Customer, Paul works with member firms around the globe to build capabilities in sales transformation and service excellence. This includes key alliances such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, and others. He also leads in our Multi-Alliance Ecosystems and Commercialization business which looks at strategic bets across multi-alliance solutions across Customer-led Marketing as well as other offerings in consulting. For over two decades, he’s been known for building practices focused on alliances as well as global relationships with clients, the alliance world, and within Deloitte.

During his time at Deloitte, he has helped to start and then lead many practices within the firm, all focused on emerging technology and innovation. In his former role as Global Lead Alliance Partner for Salesforce, he led the practice to over $1.4 billion in sales, becoming one of the leading, multidimensional tech relationships at Deloitte.

Paul is a champion for equality and helping others succeed at work and in the communities in which we serve. He serves on the board of Juma Ventures, an organization focused on breaking the cycle of poverty by paving the way to work, education, and financial capability for youth across America. He’s a father of three and a huge sports fan (especially when that sport is Warriors basketball).
