Philippe is a partner at Deloitte Digital and leads the Customer Strategy & Applied Design offering. He is passionate about technological evolution, customer experience, digital innovation, transformation, and interactive marketing.

After a career as an aviation officer in the Belgian army, chairman of the board of Optimy, and CEO of Brandfirst, Philippe joined Deloitte in 2018 where he leads the Customer Strategy & Applied Design offering.

He has over 15 years of digital experience in different areas including interactive user experiences and digital products innovation, delivering content, software, and hardware solutions with many industry leaders and government authorities. Philippe is a collaborative and positive team leader who has always put technological innovation and absolute quality as strong commitments to customers with the ultimate objective of delivering premium solutions and services.

Philippe is capable of driving a project from its first conceptual proposition to the final onsite installation according to end user requirements. He has many successful and proven digital track records with major brands in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America.

As a clear, persuasive, and excellent verbal/written communicator, he has developed and maintained excellent long-term commercial relationships. Given his previous professional experience, Philippe excels delivering under pressure, capable of working within strict time frames for a specific goal. Finally, he's human oriented, loyal, ethical, and enthusiastic about life.
