Nick Garrett is the Global Marketing & Commerce Leader and serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte Digital. For nearly 25 years, he worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands in the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia, and at agencies who operate at the business end of creativity. His passion for commercial creativity and his entrepreneurial mind helped launch some of the most innovative and transformative work to come out of the Australian market in the last two decades. He sits on numerous advisory boards, including the United Nations Development Programme.

Yohan is the Global Sales and Service leader for Deloitte Digital. He’s passionate about leveraging his teams’ comprehensive capabilities in strategy, innovation, design, technology and data to help clients achieve their purpose and unlock new avenues of growth, while creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for all. Since 2013, Yohan has been instrumental in establishing Deloitte Digital's presence in Canada. Andy Sandoz is a partner and UK chief creative officer (CCO) of the firm’s creative digital consultancy, Deloitte Digital. Andy leads Deloitte Digital’s full-range of creative services for clients in the UK, which includes oversight of those within ACNE. Andy specialises in blending creativity with emerging technologies to change the way business operates. He has experience across a wide-range of industries.

Emil is a partner at DELOITTE DIGITAL in Sweden and is the managing partner for the local customer strategy & Design Offering. He is the sponsoring partner for ACNE in Sweden and drives and leads Deloitte Digital's European Mobile Practice. Emil has 15+ years of digital advisory experience and has served as engagement partner and lead strategist towards global and local brands such as ICA, IKEA, John Lewis, Scania, KONE, Volvo Cars, Svea Solar & Telge Energi. Emil has been with Deloitte Digital since 2015.

Lorena is the CS&D SE Foundry Lead and part of the CS&D SE Executive Leadership team. Alongside the Lead Partner & CFO, she is responsible for the day to day operations of the core business. She also leads the Design Studio for Enterprise Nordic offering which is focused on designing optimized design driven, human centred future state customer journeys on Enterprise platforms, to drive business impact end-to-end.

Johan is a Partner leading Deloitte Digital in Sweden and our Nordic Salesforce practice. He has 18 years’ experience in directing and delivering consulting engagements in the area of strategic performance improvement through the successful implementation of strategy, systems and organisational design. Johan’s main focus is digital transformation and customer engagement solutions, leading and implementing technology enabled change across a wide range of organisations including telecoms, financial services, automotive, manufacturing pharmaceutical, consumer goods and public sector.

Nathalie Ramsbjer is the Digital Customer Offering Lead in the Swedish Customer & Marketing Portfolio. She is also the Nordic lead for the Service Excellence sub-offering, driving the service business and alignment between the Nordic countries to support our clients successfully. Her passion is to support clients in multiple industries to reach their goals, such as by advising how to improve customer experience and employee satisfaction through implementing efficient and cost-effective methods and solutions.
