To chart a new course, we helped Telge Energi identify the disrupting technologies and changing customer behaviours that align with their established brand strengths. This paves the way for the business to build on their position as a sustainable energy company while opening up new business opportunities for them in helping consumers live the green life they aspire to. The new organising idea for Telge Energi’s digital product development goes beyond supplying green energy; it focuses on empowering individuals to live sustainably. This transformation shifts the customer relationship from merely billing for energy consumption to aiding them in optimising their everyday electricity usage.

Hello greener future
Together with Telge Energi we set the product strategy and vision as well as setting up the organisation to successfully design, develop, and launch digital products. First out was their mobile app which was delivered by our cross functional team in close collaboration with Telge Energi. The first launch helps Telge Energi’s customers make small yet smart changes in their daily lives, contributing to a positive impact on the environment.
