Deloitte Digital’s e-commerce practice is growing fast—really fast. As we take on our next level of growth, we welcome Paul do Forno, former SVP of Global Commerce and Content at Razorfish, to our e-commerce team.

We are excited to have Paul do Forno join Deloitte Digital’s growing digital transformation team. Based in Chicago, Paul will serve as a leader in our North American Customer Engagement & Commerce practice. He brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy, consulting, technology, and digital. Paul comes to us from Razorfish, where he was senior vice president of the Global Commerce and Content practice.

In the past 10 years, Paul has led some of the world’s largest and most innovative e-commerce initiatives with some of the biggest retail brands. His work showcases his passion for leading and creating solutions that blend creative, technology, and business operations for omni-channel clients. His vast experience makes him a key addition to our leadership team.  

Paul is a thought leader in digital and e-commerce and is a frequent speaker at e-commerce events such as NRF, Shop.org, and eTail. He has been featured as an e-commerce subject matter expert on Forbes.com, Digiday, and Internet Retailer.
