Deloitte Digital was the diamond-level sponsor at Oracle’s Modern Marketing Experience conference in April. Missed it? Here’s a recap of what we had to say about digital marketing trends and opportunities.

More than 5,000 customer-experience driven professionals descended on Las Vegas to attend the Oracle Modern Customer Experience event in late April. Four distinct tracks in sales, commerce, services, and marketing gave attendees the ideal environment to engage with and learn from leaders in their field.

Deloitte Digital principal Dennis Startsev led the keynote session “Minding the Soft Stuff” with Jaemi Bremner, Intuit’s marketing technology and capability leader. The discussion focused on Intuit’s marketing automation transformation and the connective tissue between technology and results. Startsev outlined nine “soft stuff” lessons that highlighted the people and processes behind technology implementations that make true transformation possible. Attended by 1,500 guests, the keynote sparked conversations throughout the conference and social media. Feeling like you missed out? Throughout the event, Deloitte Digital professionals connected with conference attendees and shared their thoughts on the latest trends and opportunities in digital marketing. At his talk, specialist leader Tim Mosa showcased Deloitte’s Store-as-a-Service solution and the power of Oracle marketing cloud to connect eCommerce with physical stores and create a personalized and differentiated customer experience. Deloitte Digital’s director John Healy and studio senior lead Nick Reggars showcased Deloitte Digital’s new marketing and advertising services as part of the recent acquisition of Heat.
