More than 5,000 customer-experience driven professionals descended on Las Vegas to attend the Oracle Modern Customer Experience event in late April. Deloitte Digital principal Dennis Startsev led the keynote session “Minding the Soft Stuff” with Jaemi Bremner, Intuit’s marketing technology and capability leader. The discussion focused on Intuit’s marketing automation transformation and the connective tissue between technology and results. Startsev outlined nine “soft stuff” lessons that highlighted the people and processes behind technology implementations that make true transformation possible.
