With a commerce platform that powers hundreds of thousands of sites globally, Magento CEO Mark Lavelle will discuss what shifts he's seeing in how consumers discover, engage, and transact online. Scott Thompson, CEO of ShopRunner, a membership program that provides free two-day shipping across hundreds of retailers, will discuss customers' growing demands of ecommerce delivery options and timeframes and address which loyalty benefits are proving critical to keep shoppers coming back.

Kasey will present the findings from Deloitte’s inaugural report on the Retail Volatility Index, including how the accelerated pace of disruption since 2009 presents unprecedented challenges and opportunities for large and small retailers alike.
