To help ensure every online engagement is synonymous with the sophistication The Ritz-Carlton is known for, we took their website down to the studs and completely renovated their digital experience.

Elevated layouts, photography, animation, and font choices converge to form a visually captivating experience. Our collaboration with The Ritz-Carlton resulted in streamlined user interfaces, which can help ensure a cohesive and immersive experience for guests as they engage with the brand.

The new website design blends functionality with beauty, providing Ritz-Carlton customers with the convenience of managing their travel plans almost effortlessly. The revamped user experience led guests to spend four minutes, on average, reading content on Journey pages. Traffic is up 12.4% YOY, with 13% of visitors clicking the “find hotel” button, indicating they are ready to book their luxury experience with The Ritz-Carlton.
