He has over 16 years practical consulting experience within the telecom, high-tech and consumer industries in the Netherlands, Asia and UK. Stephen is passionate about advising clients on large complex business transformations with digital transformation at the core. Stephen authors research on mobile and digital trends and is co-founder and lecturer at the Nyenrode Telecom Academy
Jeroen van den Nieuwenhof
Jeroen is a Partner in the Deloitte Digital practice, focusing on digital advertising, marketing, e-commerce and sales transformations. Over the last 22 years as a management consultant Jeroen focused on impactful, (digital enabled) business transformations in the commercial domain. His experiences ranges from (digital) strategy to large-scale implementations mainly within the Energy, Consumer & Industrial Products Industry. Jeroen joined Deloitte Digital in 2018 and holds a Master Degree from Eindhoven University of Technology in Industrial Engineering & Management Science. Before joining Deloitte he worked at Accenture for 19 years, a.o. in the Strategy practice, Telecommunications practice and CRM practice. His last role was leading the consulting practice of Accenture Digital in The Netherlands.
Kasia Blicharz
Kasia is a partner in Advertising, Marketing and Commerce practice with focus on Consumer and Retail. She has 20 years experience in digital, data and marketing. She has worked with some of the leading FMCGs around embedding tech, making sense of data, instilling digital first culture and helping to create robust marketing organizations. Her passion is helping to translate and elevate human experiences into daily work of organizations. Her leading role in AM&C is helping clients to elevate their customer experiences through defining and building digital capabilities and way of working to execute on this. Typically this involves new digital and marketing strategies, technology (customer data, marketing automation, ecommerce tooling), content (brand strategy, UX/UI design, campaign content) and operating model components (governance set-up, make/buy/partner decisions, skill building and organization restructuring).
Chris Vialle
Chris is a Partner in the Monitor Deloitte practice, based out of Amsterdam. Chris is focused on Strategy and Strategic transformation within Banking, Payments and Fintech in the Netherlands and across Europe. He is part of the global Commercial Banking leadership team and leads the Customer Strategy and Design offering (100+ FTE) in the Netherlands. Before (re)joining the Amsterdam office he was part of the New York and Copenhagen offices serving clients in EMEA, North America and Asia.

Today he is the sponsoring partner for Deloitte’s Customer Solutions practice in The Netherlands. Next to his sponsoring partner role, he is a principal solution architect and delivery lead serving clients in Energy, Resources and Industrial Products industries. In the course of his career Peter gained significant experience in Financial Services, High-Tech, Telco and Consumer Goods industries serving clients such as Air France KLM, Barclays, FrieslandCampina, Liberty Global, NN Group, Novartis and Philips.
