Deutsche Sport Marketing GmbH (DSM), together with Team Deutschland’s key partners Deloitte and Salesforce, has set an ambitious goal: to develop a platform that not only manages fan data but, by linking a wide variety of data sources, enables a holistic 360 degree view of the interests and preferences of Team D fans.
The result is the “Team D DataGym”, a digital ecosystem built on Salesforce technology that coordinates and optimizes data management within DSM.

Team D partners can create targeted campaigns and content that are precisely tailored to fan interests, maximizing the impact of their communications. Only data that fans have explicitly consented to share is used. Ensuring data privacy was a top priority throughout the project.
