After effective and elaborate requirement gathering workshops, we were able to implement a fully cloud based Customer Data Platform supporting marketing channel activation, analytics expansion and consent management system. Since the data sources were highly fragmented ranging from social media to data warehouse, it was crucial that a high performance, state of art Customer Data Platform was enabled to ensure proper product fit. Using an Agile approach we continued to ingest new data sources into the CDP and continued to enhance the customer profiles for further personalization and enhance customer journey use cases.
