The combination design and technology should make our lives more easy, should make us smarter and should bring more beauty and joy into the world. From 1997 I have been involved in digital projects. I use design thinking and service design to co-create better experiences for customers, citizens and employees. Also I teach and coach teams on these topics. I am an innovator with a passion for people and society and almost 20 years of experience in the field of Innovation & Design. Empathy, creativity and storytelling are my main skills which I combine with a deep understanding of emerging technological- and social trends and methodologies like human centered design and lean start-up. Since 2020 I lead the Applied Design practice of Deloitte Netherlands.
